Emotional Support Unit
Why is the Emotional Support Unit important?
The process of getting pregnant takes time. It can often take months. This often leads to discomfort, changes in mood and affects the personal or even professional sphere.
From the Emotional Support Unit we accompany you during this process, helping you to minimise distress, frustration, guilt or other negative thoughts, keeping your emotional balance at favourable levels.
How can we help you?
Management of anxiety, recovery of self-esteem, reducing the feeling of loneliness, treating pain of somatic origin, relieving tension in the couple and reducing the stress that makes it difficult to make decisions.
Rocío Sánchez Zamudio graduated in Psychology from the University of Málaga in 2009, and at that time she decided to join the Official College of Psychologists of Eastern Andalusia, to which she has belonged ever since.
The same year in which she finished her university studies, and combining it with the continuation of her postgraduate studies, she began to work as a psychologist in the Medical Centre located in El Corte Inglés in Malaga, where, more than 10 years later, she continues to offer her psychology services at the same time as she is the director of the centre.
His experience has been enriched, in addition to continuous training, by the collaborations he has carried out with different associations and educational centres.
Today, Rocío has two postgraduate degrees, one from the University of Málaga and the other from the Catholic University of Murcia, and since 2015 she has been certified to practice health psychology.
